Product Return Policy
We take great care to ensure the quality and integrity of our products before shipment. Therefore, no returns will be accepted after receipt of the order, under any circumstances.
Return Exclusions:
- Opened or Used Products: Any product whose packaging has been opened, altered, or used cannot be returned.
- Customized Products: Items made to order or customized according to the customer’s specifications are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
- Products Damaged After Delivery: Any deterioration occurring after delivery due to mishandling, improper use, or inadequate storage conditions excludes the possibility of a return.
- Absence of Non-Conformity: Only products with a proven manufacturing defect or a clear preparation error may, at our sole discretion, be eligible for an exchange under strict conditions.
Claims:
Any claim must be made immediately upon receipt of the package, before opening, in the presence of the carrier and reported in writing to our customer service within 24 hours. After this period, no request will be accepted.
By confirming your order, you expressly agree to these terms and acknowledge the impossibility of returning the product after receipt.
